We could park our bicycles safely in a locked garage. We made our own dinner and breakfast. You can also order food. We didn’t realize that when we booked. Very quiet. We slept very well.

We slept like babies in the soft beds with a fresh breeze from the skylights above. "Svineriet" has a restful and lovely atmosphere. For animal-lovers like ourselves, it was delightful to see how well Rikke and Frank provide for all their animals with love and respect. We couldn't ask for more for our stay - we highly recommend Rikke og Franks Svineri!

Located just 3.4 km from Elia Sculpture, Den Japanske Have B & B provides accommodation in Herning with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Very rarely do I give as 10/10 but this place deserves it well. I especially liked the Japanese decor, the attention to detail throughout the accommodation and garden is fantastic, it's the best Japanese themed building I've been to outside Japan. The common area with coffee machine, reading chairs and tables is great, there's also a large communal fridge. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, I liked sleeping with the window open to hear the waterfalls trickling all night. Easy parking and plenty of it, it's in a good area so street parking would be safe. A few minutes walk from a supermarket and the train station for regular trains to Hjerning and Aarhus. Very friendly owner (Niels) who speaks good English. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
